Return & Exchange Policy

LaDonna Artisan Boutique believes in quality customer service! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and we will ensure that you get exactly what you want.


1. E-mail us at or fill out our contact form for a return shipping label. In order for us to issue a return label for your package, we need to know the following information. (Please include this info in your email or contact form submission.)

      - Your Name

      - Your address

      - Order Number

      - Which item(s) you wish to return for a refund; or

      - Which item(s) you are returning for an exchange.

2. We will mail you a return shipping label to the address provided above.

3. Package up your return(s) or exchange(s) along with your return slip. Then attach the shipping label onto your package and mail it back to us.

4. Once we receive your package, we will refund your purchase or mail out your new items if it's an exchange. If the item(s) that you've selected for an exchange is no longer available or if we have sold out, we will notify you via email to make appropriate changes.

Items NOT eligible for Return/Exchange:

- Items that have been washed and/or worn.

- Free gifts or promotional items

- Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
